Working principle of M-100
The principle of infrared light absorption is that the molecular structure inside a substance, such as oxygen hydrogen bonds in water and carbon hydrogen bonds in organic matter, absorbs near-infrared light of specific wavelengths. At a specific wavelength, the reflected near-infrared energy is inversely proportional to the number of molecules it contains that absorb near-infrared radiation. The moisture analyzer analyzes the near-infrared energy changes at a specific wavelength based on the principle that near-infrared wavelengths are absorbed by water molecules.
The M-100 near-infrared moisture analyzer focuses multiple wavelengths of near-infrared beams onto the surface of the object being measured, and the reflected near-infrared beams from the surface are received and processed by an advanced infrared optical detection system. This advanced infrared optical detection system can quickly process data. An embedded high-performance miniature digital signal processing chip is used to process, store, and display the required data, with outstanding accuracy and stability.
The composition of M-100 near-infrared moisture analyzer: The main components are the near-infrared probe and the host display. Near infrared probe: using imported optical fiber PBS detector, the detector is independently packaged, and external light does not interfere with the reference measurement; The reference measurement light of the optical path structure and the product measurement light use the same optical path to eliminate the influence of detection errors.
The host sampling chip adopts an accuracy of up to 32 bits and a maximum word rate of 3840Sps. The host has both analog and digital outputs: RS485 (MODBUS-RTU standard protocol can be selected) DC 4-20MA
