The Application of EP1C Pro in the Textile Industry

1、 Application Introduction
The output barrel of a certain textile factory's drawing machine is below the specification of Φ 500mm × 1200mm. It is a double eye self leveling and straightening machine, with original multi spare barrels and automatic barrel changing device with electronic breakage, which has the ability to operate continuously for a long time. Using Wuhan Maixin customized dual axis motor, the equipment occupies a smaller space area and has a more optimized structure. Equipped with the EP1C Pro model driver from Wuhan Maixin, it achieves the effect of independent transmission of upper and lower coil servo motors, and the coil tension can be adjusted according to the level.

3、 System solution
· Servo power range covers 100W~15kW
· Controlled by an EP1C Pro servo drive, a customized dual axis motor is used. The upper end of the motor is controlled by a pulley, and the lower end of the long rod is controlled by an inertia disc. This allows both sides to start and stop simultaneously at different speeds
